Timeless Garden Elegance

The Turnbury 2 Seater Garden Bench brings classic charm to any outdoor space with its thoughtfully proportioned design and warm, honey-toned acacia wood. This beautifully crafted bench features a traditional vertical slatted backrest that provides excellent support while allowing air circulation on warmer days.

The gently curved armrests offer comfortable support for reading or relaxation, while the robust frame ensures stability on various surfaces. With its versatile style, this bench complements both traditional cottage gardens and contemporary outdoor spaces, creating an inviting spot to pause and appreciate your surroundings.

Sustainable Quality

Crafted from FSC certified acacia hardwood, the Turnbury bench represents a responsible choice for environmentally conscious gardeners. This certification ensures the wood comes from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.

Acacia is prized for its natural durability and strength, making it an excellent material for outdoor furniture that needs to withstand the British climate. The wood’s tight grain and natural oils provide inherent resistance to moisture and decay, while the sturdy construction techniques ensure this bench will be a lasting addition to your garden for years to come.

Practical Outdoor Living

Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the Turnbury bench offers practical features that enhance its everyday usability. The slatted seat design allows rainwater to drain quickly, reducing drying time after showers.

The bench’s solid construction provides a stable seating area for two adults, making it perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening conversations. Its modest footprint (approximately 120cm wide) makes it ideal for smaller gardens, patios, or tucked into a quiet corner of larger outdoor spaces.

The natural finish highlights the beautiful grain patterns of the acacia wood, which will gradually develop a distinguished silvery patina over time if left untreated.

Simple Care for Lasting Beauty

Maintaining the beauty of your Turnbury bench is straightforward, requiring minimal effort to preserve its character for years to come. While acacia naturally develops an attractive weathered appearance, applying a hardwood oil every six months will enhance the wood’s natural lustre and provide additional protection against the elements.

The bench arrives with simple assembly instructions and can be put together quickly with basic tools. Whether positioned against a brick wall, beneath a flowering tree, or alongside garden beds, this versatile bench offers a comfortable retreat that invites you to slow down and enjoy your outdoor sanctuary throughout the changing seasons.
